After You Submit

What Happens Next.

Four steps from submitting your registration to placing your first bid. We verify every account manually — that's what keeps the marketplace clean and serious buyers only.

01

Submit the Form

Complete your registration — private or company — with the required details. Takes under two minutes. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

02

We Verify

Our team reviews your submission — identity, company details where applicable, and any supporting documents. This keeps fake accounts out.

03

Account Approved

You receive an approval email — usually within one business day. Your account is now active and you can log in to browse listings and place bids.

04

Start Bidding

Browse live auctions across Europe and place your first bid. It's binding, so read the listing carefully — and check the payment terms before you commit.

Approval usually takes under 24 hours. If it's taking longer than expected, contact us — sometimes verification needs one extra detail from you.

Common Questions

Registration FAQs

The registration questions buyers ask most. If yours isn't here, get in touch — we answer within one business day.

Do I have to register to bid?

Yes. Bidding requires a verified account — either private or company. You can browse listings without registering, but you can't place a bid until your account is approved. Registration is free, and verification usually completes within one business day.

What's the difference between private and company registration?

Private accounts register with personal ID and are for individuals buying for themselves or as sole traders. Company accounts register with a company registration number and VAT ID, and issue invoices to the business — with multi-user access for team members. Both account types unlock the same access to auctions.

How long does verification take?

Usually under 24 hours. Private accounts are often approved the same day; company accounts may take slightly longer if we need to cross-check company registration details. You'll receive an email the moment your account is approved.

What documents do I need?

Private: a valid government-issued ID (passport or national ID) and a delivery address. Company: your company registration number, VAT ID, and a named contact person authorised to bid on behalf of the business. In some cases we may ask for a supporting document — but never anything beyond what's needed to verify you.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We process all data in accordance with the EU GDPR and applicable national data protection laws. We don't sell your data, and payments are handled by encrypted, PCI-compliant providers. Only the information required to verify your identity and process your transactions is collected.

Can I register on behalf of a company I don't own?

Yes — as long as you're authorised to bid and enter into binding contracts on the company's behalf. During registration you'll confirm your authority to bind the business. If you're an employee, agent, or representative, you can register the company account in your own name as the contact person.
